The town of Santos
Oscuros before the turn of the century, dead smack in the center of the Wild, Wild West...
A simultaneous gold and silver rush brings prosperity and
adventure to the once-dying river town of Santos Oscuros -- but all good things come at a
price . . .
Almost as soon as the air of celebration takes hold of the town,
someone starts anonymously killing off the town's upper class, including the Sheriff.
Celebration turns to panic in Santos Oscuros, and soon a mob
assembles to confront the only persons who could possibly be responsible for the
tragedies: a local tribe of friendly Indians led by Chief Black Horse.
Enter Marshall Bill Hickock. He knows the truth -- he knows Chief
Black Horse and his men are innocent, and he knows who the true perpetrator is. But he has
no proof.
Can he bring in the real killer before the incensed mob takes
matters into its own hands? Can he bring halt to another great tragedy from unfolding?
